Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This site (akashmohan.in) collects almost no personal data. The few third-party services we link to—WhatsApp, Google Meet and occasional embedded Instagram posts—operate under their own privacy rules, described below.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
- No contact forms, comment forms or account log-ins
- No on-site payment processing
- No marketing cookies or advertising pixels
- No personal identifiers such as names, addresses, phone numbers or IP-address-based user profiles
2. Minimal Usage Data
We use Google Analytics 4 in privacy-friendly mode to see overall traffic patterns (pages visited, anonymous device stats, broad location by country).
- GA4 is configured to anonymise IP addresses and does not reveal who you are.
- We do not combine analytics data with any other information to identify individual visitors.
3. External Links & Embedded Media

We are not responsible for the data practices of these external services. Please review their policies if you have concerns.
4. Standard Server Logs
Our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically records technical logs that include IP address, browser type and the date/time of each request.
- Logs are used only for security, troubleshooting and anti-spam.
- They are kept for a limited period then automatically deleted (typically within 30 days, but the exact timeframe is controlled by the host).
5. Data Sharing
- We do not sell, rent or trade visitor information.
- Analytics data stays inside the Google Analytics account controlled by Akash Mohan.
- Server logs remain with the hosting provider and are not shared unless required for security or legal reasons.
6. Your Choices
Because we do not collect personal data on the site itself, there is no account to delete or personal file to request. You can, however:
- Block analytics cookies via your browser or a privacy extension.
- Decline to click external links (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Meet) if you prefer not to engage with those services.
7. Changes to This Policy
If the site’s features or data practices change, we’ll update this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
